The 2023 Yamuna floods of Delhi only a trailer of bigger floods to come in future?

  1. Main drain serving colonies like Hari Nagar, Pratap Nagar, maya enclave, lajwanti garden etc. in west delhi to Kesho pur sewage treatment plant has not been de-silted for more than 10 years. This has been resulting in overflowing of sewers and rain water drains in these colonies, years together. There is no hope for residents of these colonies. Water pipe line of these colonies was laid in mid seventies, when these colonies came up. Resulting in leakages and mixing of drinking water with leaking sewage water.
